I have no idea what's wrong with my blog editor, but it hasn't loaded at all in days. I guess today was the right day to write. :)
Today me and dad took our bikes (which we took to New York with us) to Liberty State Park about ten minutes away. It's a huge park right next to Liberty Island and Ellis Island. Once we arrived, we rode around the whole park, down piers, through the New Jersey Marina and yacht club, pedaled down parking lots, through Jersey City and down it's streets, then stopped and rode a water taxi to Manhattan. Once there, in Manhattan, we rode through the South part of the island, or the Financial District. I rode down the streets, around Battery Park, and right by the new World Trade Center or Freedom Tower (Which is almost halfway built). We then rolled our bikes up to the World Financial Center Plaza next to the Freedom Tower to eat. After we ate, we rode more in the city and back to New Jersey on a Water Taxi. We rode more around the park, helped some people get their bike chain back on track, and called it a day as we rode our bikes back to the truck- joking about our fun day.
     Here are some pix.

I've been everywhere with my new bike I got a few weeks ago! Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York. Uptown by Central Park and downtown in the Financial District. And- in Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia this Summer.
Anywhoo, after we got back we told our stories to everyone, uploaded our pictures, then ate at Outback. Besides, I think I deserve Outback after riding my bike for more than twenty miles, right? :)

We made it to New York! I am sitting in our hotel right now. I wish I had more time in Bowling Green before we left. Bowling Green is our home! I miss Bowling Green and everyone there so much!! It seems like going home is a vacation, being away all the time.
Most people, after arriving at the hotel want to get in their room and relax after the 13 1/2 hour long drive. Except for us...we had to wait an hour for our door to be fixed because the key reader's battery was out. When the maintenance people left to get more tools to pry open the door, mom took the tools the employees left, broke the key thingy open, replaced the batteries, and put it back together. She said "she's fixed some doors in her day." Thats our mom!
We then went to the new remodeled Walmart right next to our hotel. It was amazing! I've never been in a Walmart as good as that while in New Jersey! It was amazing! Sadly, it's in New Jersey and will be that way for a week. Unless it's on a rollback, then it will be trashed in about three days.
It's nice to be able to sit down and watch television after riding in the car, about to go crazy for almost 14 hours! But on a serious note, I'm happy we made it safely and are happy in our hotel room.
That's all I have to say for now... I'll keep you updated on auditions and all the other fun things we get to do here!
One more thing- No, I have not forgotten my big announcement. I might be able to post it this week!

Last Week... 06/05/2010

It's our last week in Bowling Green. We will be leaving sometime in the next few days. It feels like old times right now, because we have been home for about a month (a long time to be home for us :) haha). I am both excited and disappointed having to leave. I have so much fun here with my family, but I have a great time in New York blogging.
I just wanted to let y'all know we are still in Bowling Green. I'll give you lots of updates this summer!! One last thing- I added a new poll and a countdown to the right.
Daily Bible Verse: "I tell you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that can do no more. But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear him who, after the killing of the body, has the power to throw you into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him."-Luke 12:4-5
