Aviation! 07/23/2009

Helloooooo everybody! Today was really fun! We woke up, got ready and went to the National Aviation Museum. It is in Pensacola Florida, which is about 30 minutes from where we are. Once we got there we went in and ate, looked at different planes and artifacts from famous pilots, like George Bush and John McCain's badges for flying. There was a lot of pilots and soldiers in the museum. Because it was more fighter jets not all about commercial airlines. Once we were done we went to the gift shop and left. That museum and area is where the Blue Angels are based from. It was really neat, since I wanna be a pilot and all! Because I have 115 hours in the air!

...On my flight simulator, on my computer! Lol! And I have awards from having so much airtime and so many landings and takeoff's, my computer says I have a lot of experience in the cockpit!

After we left the museum we went to Target and bought groceries and me and Taylor ran up and down the freezer aisles because they had lights that turned on in motion to save energy. It was a really smart idea and a nice Target, it opened a few weeks ago. Then we came back and we walked on the beach with a metal detector and found coins and bottles. Then I found a few beach toys that were buried at the back of the beach and picked up seashells and kept them in them. Next, me and Taylor picked up a crab and kept him in another. We named him Gerald, then changed it to *Gerald*! Sound more peppy, dosen't it? Well, problably not since you are reading this... Then we went up to the room and got ready to swim, I called my grandma and talked a while and then we went to swim with a inflatable boat and jetski! Then we came back and watched a few specials on TV and now I am blogging.

So, as you can tell this has been a very full day... and week! The other days we just swam and build sandcastles and went to my favorite restaurants like Cafe Grazzie - an Italian restaurant, Lamberts - Where they play tricks on you when you eat like put racoons on your plate, or act like they spill a pitcher on you and the best one! Throw rolls at you! Yuppers, they bring hot rolls around the restaurant and you hold up your hands and catch across the room! It is like a food fight. They have one in Missouri and here. We also eat at Lulus - A outside eatery with games and the owner is Jimmy Buffets sister! We also eat at Francos, Lillians, and other good places only here!

And if you have read my homepage we are flying to the Bahamas next month and shooting a movie! It is soooo cool! But I am dreading the flight over water! I have prayed a lot lately about it.

Also, (Yes this is the end of my book!) Thanks for reading my blog, or book! It means alot! Please comment! And, I added a video of Edgar my bunny to my video page! It is getting more views everyday here and on youtube, I will post pics and vids soon like I promised on my last blog!

Wow, that was a long book! My fingers hurt and my eyes burn! Ah! I could publish this blog as a book along some of my other long blogs, and name it "John Mikel: A online legend, best of my blogs!" Ok, Bye!
