Hey guys I am kinda angry. No, not really. Still happy. I just cannot believe I forgot to blog on Thanksgiving. I wanted to blog that day sooo bad. And then I forgot. I'm ok though. It was a ok Thanksgiving. My cousins from Ohio came down to BG. So did my cousins and family from Russellville. We all got together on Thanksgiving day at my grandma's house next door. She cooked dinner almost all night the day before. That morning we went over there early, ate, and then just stayed there all day. All the kids played flashlight tag that night around the houses in the area. Me and my cousin Hunter hid in one spot for about 30 minutes before anyone found us. It was really fun. We all went to bed early so we could go to one of my favorite things...... Black Friday. You know? Get up at about 3:00am and go shopping for crazy sales? We got up at 3:30am and went to JC Penney at about 4:00am. My uncle was blocking people and hitting them with a big griddle box. That is soooo my uncle. Haha. We then went to Best Buy, The mall, Gander Mountain and Target. Target was lined past Lowes, almost down to the bank. The line moved fast. We were about the last to get in though because people get nuts and sprint and cut. It is so stupid. I mean, three hundred dollars off a TV isn't worth trampling, or killing someone for. We got inside and saw my grandpa. He works there. He said they had 60, 32 inch flatscreen TV's and they sold and had to get them in carts in 3 minutes. Pappy - 70 but still like iron. Haha. At the mall me, Vanessa (my cousin), and Taylor went shopping. Olivia (another cousin) walked around and went shopping and my uncles, aunts, and grandparents stayed together. Mom and dad couldn't come because they were running the knife store. We all bought something and met back at the spot they said we had to be at in one hour and thirty minutes. It was so much fun shopping with my cousins.

Yesterday we went to my cousins Alex and Hunters house in Russellville. We played frisbee, jackpot, and played hide and seek. It was really fun.

So the holidays went good. We have so many inside jokes and more stories. So many I can't even think of. So how did yours go? Comment and tell!

John, You really hit the spot on our Thanksgiving, we had a fun time enjoying each other company on Thanksgiving and a very funny day on Black Friday, can't wait until next year, so we can do it again. Love you Dadaw ( Grandma B.)

I loved your Thanksgiving remix. It sounds like lots of fun, including the early morning Black Friday shopping - for you, not me. We slept in, went to one store, didn't buy a thing, then ended up at a sweet consignment shop and filled a bag. No kidding! Mr. Troyer had a good deal going. :) Stay warm and thanks for sharing!
Love and hugs,
Mrs. Troyer

Hey John Mikel,
Sounds like you had an awesome Thanksgiving weekend! That's great! We went to visit Chantelle's family in VA. We had a great Thanksgiving until Sunday. Trad got a stomach virus on Sunday morning and the poor little fella couldn't keep anything down for 3 days. We finally put him in the hospital last night because he was so dehydrated. (After 10 times of trying to get an IV in him he was not a happy camper!) Update though... he came home this afternoon and is starting to eat and drink again. He is just super tired. Who can rest in a hospital? We are happy he is getting better!

So.... this Thanksgiving we are thankful for God's healing!
