Hi guys! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Sorry I haven't blogged in a while and I didn't post a video. It just wouldn't upload that night. May try another time.

So, Merry late Christmas! I got the things I wanted for Christmas! Although It was hard shopping together while in New York (We are in BG now) Everything was ok. We got home safe, opened presents, had Christmas dinner with all my family, and lots of other stuff. I got a scooter for Christmas, and today me and Taylor (At OHD) brought it to the warehouse and rode it up and down really steep and tall loading docks for trucks. We had our own little track set up. Ride down the loading dock, start the timer, go down a tunnel of garage door segments, do a hairpin turn, go down another hall, dodge boxes and tracks for doors and ride back up the dock. And it was fun. Me and Taylor both hold the best time as a tie. 9.9 seconds. Right now I have a 2 week break from school for the Holidays and I am getting ahead and hope to finish this year early for a longer summer.

Have a Happy New Year everyone! We might have some family over to watch the ball drop at midnight. I saw the ball in New York, many, many times. This is the first time they have let it stay up all year. They light it up only on special events. Like different Holidays, I saw it one time. I wish I could see it drop sometime in New York City. One of my goals is to push the big button to drop it. I saw that they added like one thousand lights to it the other day. And that it stays through snow, rain, and winds on top of a building. It is totally different that it looks on tv. It looks big on tv but its actually very small, and it looks like its on ground on tv when really its on top of a building with light up signs down it. And Olive Garden is hanging over time square with the ball on top of it. Its kinda awkward eating there because you feel people are looking at you. Haha.

This is one of my last blogs in 2009. So, my goal is to get the most comments I have ever gotten on one blog. I need to get 20 I think. Comment and get me there!

2009 was a good year. I blogged exactly 106 times. Keep commenting.

Signing off my 106th blog in 2009 and my last blog in '09. Haha. I am looking foward to a good year, more blogs, and my blog's one year anniversary on February 20th 2010! And before I go and sign off in the last hours of '09 I want to say I was trying to be cheesy in the last 3 paragraphs. Haha. I'm not a dramatic sap.

Hi John,

Hope this helps you make your goal of 20 comments. I have been enjoying your blogs and photos. Say "Hi" to Taylor and your parents for me. My wife and I just got back from Minnesota yesterday, where there was a lot of snow, too. We saw our two new granddaughters as well as our families up there. Hope you have a Happy New Year!

With love,
Mr. Motter

Hi John!
It is always so wonderful to hear from you. As I mentioned in a text message to you I have had a lot of difficulty posting comments and finally got through just in time to help you with your comment goal! I wish you and your family a Happy New Year! It's wonderful that you got to be home for Christmas and your scooter sounds like a lot of fun. What color is it? Be sure you give your parents and Taylor my greetings and maybe some hugs, too. I miss each of you and can't wait to see you again. Stop by any time. Praying for each of you, too.
Love and hugs,
Mrs. Troyer
