How It All Started...
In early 2008 my sister, Taylor, was in Forensics and competitive speaking. She won many National and even some International 1st place trophies. After she won more and more speaking awards, she was told she needed an agent, so we talked to a man in Franklin, Tennessee that does all kinds of work with CMT. He told us his agent that was located close to there, and said he highly recommend Taylor sign with them, so he called the agency and found out they were doing auditions that day to become a part of their agency. So, we drove over there, and Taylor blew them away. She got the highest score possible! They said this was amazing! They put Taylor on the fast-track to a competition thousands audition for-- AMTC. After Taylor trained with them for many months, we finally arrived in Orlando at the competition in late December 2008. After Taylor competed for a whole week, it was time for the awards. Taylor won the Grand Overall Actress award and was a runner-up in the Grand Overall Model Award category. After Taylor won these awards, she made many connections with casting agents and manager's around the world, we decided we would go to New York for 1 week in January 2009. When we were up there, Taylor went to visit with many of the manager's she met at AMTC. She finally decided to sign with Shirley Grant Management. Once she signed with them, we went home, and packed our for a longer stay in New York.
Then Came My Blog...
This time when we were home, I created my blog-spot, so I could keep in touch with my friends and family back in Bowling Green. When we got to New York I was blogging every night and loved it! And I was doing school sent to me through the mail from my school in Bowling Green, and I was web-camming my class at school all the time. After being in New York for a few months, Taylor had booked many commercials and print-ads. Then, she booked her first movie, Windjammers. Sadly, it was only Taylor and my mom who flew to the Bahamas for one month to film it. Once they got back, we went back to New York, and stayed for a few months (into 2010). Taylor got a call from someone who worked on Windjammers and said they were going to be working on Ryann Watters and The King's Sword filming in Florida later that year. So, Taylor accepted and she is now filming Ryann Watters and The King's Sword! Read my blog for more news and updates!
